Mr. Sanjay Jakhar is a distinguished Ex-Commando and Military Police veteran who has transitioned into a prominent agricultural leader and environmental advocate. Describing himself as a “Civil Commando,” he has dedicated the last 12 years to sustainable agriculture, specifically focusing on the mission to save the environment from poisonous chemicals through organic farming practices. He currently holds leadership positions in multiple Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and was recently nominated as an expert member to a central government council.

Key Roles & Designations
Nominated Member (CEGC): Nominated as a non-official member of the Central Employment Guarantee Council (CEGC) under the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India. He serves as an expert in areas such as water conservation, land development, afforestation, and rural engineering.
Sabki Thali Bina Jahar Wali
Mr. Jakhar is the founder of the "Sabki Thali Bina Jahar Wali" (Everyone's Plate Without Poison) mission. He has dedicated 12 years to this concept, focusing on saving the environment from poisonous chemicals by promoting organic fertilizers, bio-cultures, and bio-controls.
Gene Reformation & Soil Health
Through the "Liveable Seven Blu Gene Reformation FPO Ltd," he is working on a gene reformation cycle that connects earthworms, soil health, plant health, and ultimately human health. This initiative focuses on transforming habitable environments into sustainable livelihoods through genome reformation.
Technology Transfer & Research Collaboration
He actively collaborates with ICAR-NRCSS (National Research Centre on Seed Spices) and 731 Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs) across the nation. This collaboration has successfully transferred 25 technologies from ICAR institutions to Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)

Carbon-Based Sustainable Agriculture
Mr. Jakhar is collaborating with VARAHA RCICO to implement carbon identification-based agriculture practices. This includes working on a "70:30 carbon project," focusing on sustainable environmental practices.
Rural Entrepreneurship Development (BEE HAAT)
His initiatives aim to foster sustainable development in entrepreneurship, specifically targeting 7,000 "BEE HAAT" (Block Elite Entrepreneurship) units. This focuses on creating economic opportunities at the block level.
Farmer Unity & FPO Federation
He serves as the Managing Director of ASFED (Amrit Sudha Federation), a federation designed for FPOs, and is the founder of the "Kisan Upabhogta Ekta Manch". These roles aim to unify farmers and consumers to streamline agricultural processes and advocacy.

Born in VPO Salhawas, District Jhajjar, Haryana, to Late Ex-Sepoy Shri Ram Chander. This laid the foundation for his future service-oriented path.
Served for 16 years in the Indian Army as a Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) and Commando in the Military Police. He developed a "Commando attitude"
After retiring from the military, he transitioned to social service, dedicating the last 12 years to the "Sabki Thali Bina Jahar Wali" mission.
Established himself as an agricultural leader, becoming the Chairman of RCICO Farmer Producer Co. Ltd. and MD of ASFED (Amrit Sudha Federation). He also founded the "Kisan Upabhogta Ekta Manch" and collaborated with ICAR institutions to transfer 25 technologies to farmers.
Conferred the "Honorary Fellow of ISSS-2023" by the Indian Society of Seed Spices, Ajmer, recognizing his significant contributions to the field of seed spices.
Nominated by the DRDA, Jhajjar, as a non-official expert member to the Central Employment Guarantee Council (CEGC), Ministry of Rural Development, New Delhi. He was selected as an expert in water conservation, land development, and rural engineering.
