Welcome to RCICO Liveable Seven Blu Reformation Farmer Producer Company Limited (FPO). We are a dedicated agricultural organization working under the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India.

Our organization is built on a unique Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, collaborating with premier institutions like ICAR-ATARI and NRCSS. Our goal is simple yet powerful: to transform Indian agriculture through sustainable practices, ensuring a healthy livelihood for farmers and poison-free food for consumers.

Our Core Mission: “Sabki Thali Bina Jahar Wali”

At the heart of our operations is the vision of our Chairman, Dr. Sanjay Jakhar. A former Military Commando turned “Civil Commando,” Dr. Jakhar has dedicated over 12 years to saving Mother Earth from poisonous chemicals.

Our mission, “Sabki Thali Bina Jahar Wali” (Everyone’s Plate Free of Poison), focuses on eliminating toxic chemicals from the food chain by promoting organic fertilizers, bio-cultures, and bio-controls.

Our Model: The Bio Resource Center (BRC)

We are revolutionizing rural agriculture by establishing Bio Resource Centers (BRC) at the Gram Panchayat level across the region. These centers serve as hubs for organic and natural farming, providing essential services directly to the farmer’s doorstep.

• Doorstep Delivery: We provide essential agricultural inputs (manufactured by government institutions and FPOs) directly to farmers at government rates.

• Training & Education: We organize two training camps every month at the Panchayat/Block level to educate farmers on modern techniques.

• Scientific Farming: We offer crop advice based strictly on soil and water testing.

• Certification: We assist in the certification of farmers’ fields for natural farming under NCONF standards.

• Market Support: We provide market research, analysis, and support for processing and selling certified produce.

• Profit Sharing: Our shareholders receive technical aid, financial assistance, and a share in the profits based on their participation.

Our Leadership

Mr. Sanjay Jakhar (CMD/Chairman) Mr. Jakhar is an expert in water conservation, land development, and rural engineering. His dedication to the nation has evolved from defending borders to protecting the soil.
